Launch Support Contracts

We provide Dematic technicians to work alongside your staff to ensure a trouble-free take-over and teach day-to-day maintenance regimes.

The period of support can range from one week to several months, depending upon individual requirements.

Transitional Support

No one works their best when they are unfamilair with their tools and environment.

Our Transitional Team is armed with direct access to Dematic specialists as well as data analysis and computer simulation tools and uses these to orientate your people.

We will walk you through the day-to-day running of the automation, give you hands-on Warehouse Management System (WMS) training, show you stock and work-load planning, sytem flow monitoring, and teach you about on-site helpdesks, process and workflow reallocation, fault and job close-out coordination etc.
